What's new

2026-09-22 — your information stays; the intelligence gets upgraded

The homepage now explains Akashic as a user-owned storage and organising foundation, with AI as a replaceable processor. Connected examples show how health, household administration, language learning and specialist work can build on the same record. The investor page sets out the business thesis, portability direction, current pilot evidence and the milestones still to prove.

2026-09-22 — a wordmark, and pages that show the product

The Ring is retired. Akashic now has a wordmark: tracked serif capitals hanging from one headline, the way Devanagari letters hang from theirs, and a monogram for the icon. The home page opens on a day from the record, the explanations come with drawings (the silos and the record, what leaves your instance, the household plan, the subscriptions one plan replaces), and the type is now served from the site itself. The founder is named as East.

2026-09-22 — what it is, in human words

The home page now says what Akashic is for a person, not a system: the slogan, what grows out of the record, and who it is for. How it works is a seven-step lifecycle with a short glossary. A new page, For investors, carries the thesis, what exists today, and the honest list of what stands between this and the public.

This page. Home, how it works, privacy, join, sign in — the first public account of what Akashic is, before anyone is invited.
